PILOT 11279 Angelica 3M DX

ARF Electric Glider "Angelica" is a large glider developed in conjunction with experience of glider design which the OK model is good at, together with know-how of the latest electric plane represented by brushless motor and lipo in theory.

The design follows the high-performance 2 m class glider "Paprika 3", 98-degree narrow V tail, 3 split wings, high aspect 3 step upper angle and characteristic 2 step tapered ellipsoid wing running and floating.

The body is lightweight and strength secured by combination of glass fiber pod and carbon taper pipe. The main wing has a finish made with a film paste on the Valsa Rib group balsa full plan and achieved rigidity and weight saving. In addition, the 34 mm aluminum turbo spinner newly designed for this machine reduces resistance around a slim nose.

This DX type is a set attached with the original covered rotor type CR - 352010 d brushless motor (lipo 3 cell specification) and 34 mm aluminum turbo spinner, and premium RL 12 x 6 carbon folded pela as power unit.

* This product is ARF machine completed film paste. Completion requires work such as joining the main wing, engine, and loading of the mechanism. 
* The covering film produces Talmi and wrinkle from its material. In such a case, you can remove it by shrinking the film by applying heat with a model iron.

Product Details

- The main wing is a color ring with good visibility using white and orange.
- Aileron has 2 servo specifications. TS-D 1022 with a thickness of 10 mm is just fit. Since the aileron servo is not mounted due to the thickness of the blade, roll the shrink tube and bond it.
- Flap 2 servo specification. TS-D 1022 MG with a thickness of 10 mm is just fit.
- The flap linkage penetrates the upper surface of the main wing and connects from the flap to the servo inside the wing.
- Fixed point landing as the target can be achieved with the control as expected.
- Like a flap, aileron linkage also penetrates the main wing. It is designed to minimize harmful resistance. The tail is not slippery, the V tail fin of 98 degrees narrow angle which works well with the ladder.
- The machine that shows a pleasant rise by the brushless motor equipped with DX standard and the RL 12 x 6 carbon folded peller. This angle will rise anywhere.
- Adopted three divided wings that are convenient for transportation.
