PILOT Angelica 3M Basic 11280
3m class large electric glider "Angelica". Following the design of the high performance 2m class glider "Paprika 3", it has a narrow V-tail of 98°, a 3-split wing, a high aspect 3 step dihedral and a characteristic 2 step taper elliptical wing. The original wing shape allows both running and floating. Realized a weight that can be called
ultra-lightweight for this class. It is lighter than the Mace 2, which is one class smaller. This is a large-scale glider developed by combining the experience and theory of glider design, which OK model excels at, with the know-how of the latest electric planes such as brushless motors and lipos.
The body is lightweight and strong by combining a glass fiber pod with a carbon taper pipe. The main wing is a balsa rib set balsa ful plank with a
film-coated finish to achieve rigidity and weight reduction.
Newly designed 34mm aluminum turbo spinner reduces drag around a clean nose.
