Description
The timeless classic, the Commander 148, has been redesigned. Lighter weight and wingtip ailerons significantly improve handling across all speed ranges. This 1480mm wingspan balsa wood, film-covered, ready-to-fly low-wing sports aircraft features rounded wingtips, a rectangular wing, a semi-symmetrical airfoil, a large tail area, and a light wing loading, resulting in smooth flight performance. This low-wing sports aircraft, retaining an antique feel, can be considered the origin of radio-controlled airplanes.
The semi-symmetrical airfoil and rectangular main wing provide exceptional stability. It features a balsa rib-framed, film-covered main and tail wing and a wooden, film-covered fuselage. The simple structure makes mechanical installation and maintenance easy. The upper fuselage surface at the rear of the cowling has a hatch, allowing for easy motorization.
All necessary parts for assembly, including the cowling, canopy, linkage parts, fuel tank, and 57mm spinner, are included as standard. Each of these purely domestically produced aircraft is handcrafted, and OK Model proudly presents a high-quality set with exceptional flight performance.

*Due to the material, the covering film may sag or wrinkle. In such cases, heat from a model iron can be applied to shrink the film and remove the wrinkles.
